1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chats (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Chats provides a unified customer messaging platform that integrates multiple communication channels — including WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Viber, and web chat — with AI-powered response automation, team collaboration tools, and analytics dashboards.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious content
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the AI assistant capabilities
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days' prior written notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The free tier is subject to usage limitations as described on our pricing page and may be modified at our discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI assistant generates responses based on your uploaded knowledge base and general language capabilities. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is sent to your customers. Chats is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of AI-generated responses.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party messaging platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and policies. Chats is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms. Changes to third-party APIs may temporarily affect Service functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including knowledge base documents, media, and business data. Chats retains ownership of the platform, underlying technology, AI models, and any proprietary methods used to deliver the Service. You grant Chats a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a 30-day window to export your data upon written request.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by local law.
